Role: Data Scientist

Location: Indianapolis, IN(On-site)

Duration: Long term

Required skills:

  • Practical Data scientist, Advance Analytics, Medicare and Medicaid experience.
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytical solutions to support our work in Medicaid and Medicare.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and data insights
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest data science techniques and tools
  • Collaborate with Data Architects, Business Analysts, and other teams to ensure successful project completion
  • Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist
  • Proven experience in developing and applying advanced analytical techniques (e.g., machine learning, statistical modeling)
  • Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies and best practices
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
